I worked with a guy personally one on one for the entire time and not only did they have multiple negative accounts completely removed from my reports but they also educated me on proper credit use and also helped guide me in opening a secured credit card and because of all of that my score has increased from around a 480 to a 680 in less than 6 months and i actually just was able to get my first unsecured card with a $2000 limit.
